Studio Coordinator

As the world's fastest growing running brand, On's creative studio output ranges from fully integrated global campaigns through to a wide range of executions to bring events and retail concepts to life.

The studio covers content, 3D retail design, printed material, photo & video shoots, content and digital outputs across our online channels.

As part of the Studio Management team, the Studio Coordinator, plays a central role by ensuring that all briefs are thoroughly interrogated, clarified, communicated, and properly resourced within the Creative Studio team.

For Marketing and Brand projects, you will work in tandem with the rest of the Studio and the Campaign and Project Management teams to align on timelines, milestones and deadlines.

You will also manage the day-to-day requests which are part of a growing global sports brand.

Your Mission:

• Be the Studio reference when it comes to creative project status and resourcing
• Have a total overview of the Creative team' workload
• Lead weekly meeting forecasting meeting with Creative Studio Team
• Share weekly status update during the Monday Studio Management meeting
• Help maintain and identity ways of improving the workflow and process for the Creative Studio team
• Be an advocate for the creatives, and help protect their time
• Be proactive when it comes to aligning between teams and projects
• Manage the pool of creative freelancers
• Keep a positive spirit and nothing is impossible mindset in the overall team
• Be an ambassador for the Studio Management team

Your Story:

• At least 2 years experience in project management and studio management
• Excellent communication skills
• A calm and diplomatic approach to resource conflicts
• Able to multitask and prioritize based on project deadlines
• Ability to define goals and assign resources
• An up to date black book of great freelancers is a bonus
• Design experience not required but a plus
• Experience from working in an agency is a big plus
• Familiar with Asana and FLOAT not required but a big plus
