  • Support the global vision, roadmap, and objectives for the end-to-end process and technology
  • Drive global and high-impact strategic projects outlined by the Global Process Owner and Process Excellence organization
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions to ensure collaborative solutions delivery with transparent and frequent communication
  • Proactively identify and champion process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives throughout CAPEX processes
  • Analyze data, pinpoint improvement opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and oversee the change process to ensure seamless deployment with minimal disruption, including adequate user training
  • Utilize existing tools (LBMS) efficiently for managing the continuous improvement process
  • Monitor process adherence and address deviations promptly
  • Establish and maintain documentation for the CAPEX process
  • Provide coaching and training for CAPEX users, offering guidance and support as necessary
  • Develop appropriate metrics for measuring process quality and productivity, offering constructive feedback to stakeholders
  • Source best practices, benchmarks, and innovative ideas from the External Expert Network and internal business to drive world-class solutions
  • Lead process and tool implementations, ensuring efficient process standards and user-friendly reporting
  • Supervise indirect reports based on defined initiatives, providing coaching and support to enhance efficiency and capabilities
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrable expertise in end-to-end business processes
  • Proficiency in CAPEX tools (SAP, SAC, eCAR, Others)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI, Excel
