The Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing Manager is a cross-functional leader within the International Marketing organization and has the responsibility for creating, developing and executing a multi-channel DTC marketing strategy.

The primary focus will be to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy among people with diabetes and their loved ones, ultimately contributing to the success of Tandem's product portfolio.

This role will be responsible for driving engagement and developing marketing initiatives to help support Tandem product adoption.

This role will lead agency teams effectively, ensuring all acquisition campaigns and materials are aligned, meets brand standards and can positively impact Tandem growth goals and brand health metrics.


YOU'RE AWESOME AT:

  • Creates and implements comprehensive marketing strategies specifically tailored to target DTC that drive revenue for the Tandem portfolio.
  • Collaborates closely with crossfunctional teams to understand product strategies and align communication plans accordingly.
  • Identifies opportunities to engage with consumers through various channels.
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to create accurate, compelling, and relevant content for DTC, as well as, with global leads to ensure alignment of communication plans with global priorities.
  • Drives the clinical evidence plan and strategy, including partnering on the launch of new products and sustain existing ones, including managing DTC web content, executing on social/digital campaigns, messaging, collateral development.
  • Conducts market research and analysis to understand DTC behaviors, needs, and preferences.
  • Partners with our distributors to develop DTCfocused sales tools, training materials, and resources.
  • Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of DTC marketing initiatives.
  • Responsible for building relationships across all key stakeholders, to ensure partnership and collaboration in driving strategy and revenue potential.
  • Manages campaign budgets and timelines, optimizing resources for maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Ensures work is performed in compliance with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.

EXTRA AWESOME:

  • BS/BA degree business, health sciences, or related field or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience in marketing, product management, HCP or patient experience management.
  • Proven experience in downstream DTC marketing within the healthcare, medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in diabetes preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead strategic communication plans, driving brand visibility and business growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans across geographies and product lines and customer types.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for crafting compelling messaging.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms as well as Excel expertise to derive insights and drive databased decisionmaking.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Advanced computer and computer software skills, to include Microsoft Office products.
