Portfolio Monitoring Compliance Officer

- Reviewing and approving pre-trade requests in compliance with regulatory requirements and investment guidelines of the firm’s separately managed portfolios and collective investment schemes;
- Liaising with the Investment Control team in regard to investment restrictions coded in the Investment Management System;
- Interacting with portfolio management, trading and operations teams;
- Performing general compliance controls (e.g., best execution, personal account dealing);
- Participating in various legal and compliance projects
- Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics;
- Minimum of 3 years of trading and asset management experience as well as proven knowledge with compliance monitoring systems (e.g. Charles River Investment Management System) in pre- or post-trade controls;
- Experience in implementing systems and processes;
- Ability to take appropriate decisions independently under time pressure;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus) and great teamwork spirit.
