We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join us as Manager of the MySports Business Office. As the Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing all key financial and operational performance indicators, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and facilitating informed decision-making. With a focus on data-driven insights and proactive risk management, you will contribute to the success and growth of our MySports business.Tasks:
Tracking overall financial and operational performance of the MySports businessMaintaining the respective performance dashboards, KPI reports and related presentationsInterfacing with key stakeholders within Sunrise and external MySports partners for financial and non-financial reporting alignment and awarenessCreating and owning business cases required to make fact based strategic decisions for MySportsClosing working with the Leadership team to highlight areas of concern, challenge decisions, validate business assumptions, and bring in new ideasWorking on strategic projects, e.g. Media Rights tenders, Partnership opportunity assessmentRequirements:5+ years financial experience (P&L analytics, budgeting, forecasting, risk/opportunity tracking)Very strong analytical abilities, understanding complex financial and data flowsVery strong spreadsheet and presentation skillsTeam Player with strong communication skills and willingness to work in a highly dynamic environmentLoving Sports and especially Ice Hockey is a clear plusFluency in German and English, French an advantageAt Sunrise, you will work in a dynamic and international environment where every voice is heard, perspectives are shared, and values are respected.
