  • Betreiben und weiterentwickeln der Prozesse und Applikationen mit Fokus im Bereich Real Estate Management (immopacred)
  • Allenfalls betreiben und weiterentwickeln von Prozessen und Applikationen im Bereich Hypotheken (WinCredit)
  • Anforderungsmanagement (Requirement-Engineering)
  • Identifikation und Implementierung von neuen technischen Möglichkeiten
  • Gestalten von integrierten ganzheitlichen Soll-Prozessen (End2End)
  • Testings und Dokumentation
  • Mitwirkung in Projekten und VorhabenWas Sie mitbringen
    • Aus- bzw. Weiterbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik (oder vergleichbar) und/oder mehrjährige Erfahrunger im Applikations-Management, Business Analyse oder im Prozessmanagement
    • Freude an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Abläufen und Prozessen
    • Erfahrung im Bereich Real Estate Management von Vorteil
    • Kenntnisse im Bereich Jira & Confluence, immopacred, GaraioREM, WinCredit von Vorteil
    • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Kundenorientierung
