Beratung der internen Fachbereiche in allen Fragestellungen bezüglich der Umsetzung von Anforderungen im Atlassian Umfeld (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Fisheye) bzw. für weitere Projektmanagement AnwendungenAdministration, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung der verantworteten AnwendungenCustomizing der Anwendungen über Low-code und no-codeEffiziente Durchführung des Störfall- und Problemmanagements sowie die Sicherstellung des 2nd und 3rd Level Supports bei applikationsbezogenen Anfragen Leitung von IT Projekten unter Einhaltung der Vorgaben hinsichtlich Zeit, Inhalt & KostenKoordinierung von externen Dienstleistern

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eines ähnlichen Studiengangs mit IT-Schwerpunkt, oder vergleichbare AusbildungBerufserfahrung in der Konzeption, im Betrieb und der Beratung im Umfeld AtlassianTiefgreifende Kenntnisse der Atlassian Applikationen Jira und Confluence erforderlichBerufserfahrung in der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von ProzessenMethodisches Wissen und idealerweise Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement und ITILSelbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, sowie hohe Leistungs- und LernbereitschaftSichere Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlichVerhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
