If your answer is yes, this great opportunity in an international Engineering environment is for you.

ResponsibilitiesLead planning, scheduling and cost control efforts for all project phases.Maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, cost and risk. Monitor, report and manage deviations.Ensures projects follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures.Ensures that an integrated schedule and cost control performance measurement process for the projects entire scope of work is provided.Ensure efficient and accurate input of customer orders into order management systemPrepare and send timely order confirmations and commercial contracts to customersProactively track status of each customer orders, coordinating and pushing internal stakeholders to guarantee the confirmed delivery date to customerInform customer in case of deviations to current planCoordinate our export team to guarantee deliveries to customers are organized in accordance to confirmed delivery dateYou will follow up on payment status with customers to limit overdueOrganize and supervise factory acceptances test, performed with the participation of the clientCollaborate closely with other teams/departments to solve any additional requirements from the customer and to improve current internal processesPrepare/analyze current performances and provide results to management
Skills required:A minimum of 2 years previous experience in the area of customer orders / order management systemsMust have Business Level English & GermanStrong analytical skills, proactivity and willingness to learnSolid Knowledge of Excel is required. (Pivot, Vlookup)Some Knowledge of SAP (Customer Order) or a similar ERP type system used for Customer Orders
