Das Dolder Grand bietet für aussergewöhnliche Anlässe den richtigen Rahmen. Für ein edles Dinner oder ein informelles Essen ebenso wie für Seminare und Kongresse als auch für Bankette oder rauschende Bälle. Zu den Banketträumlichkeiten gehören der exklusive Ballroom, drei Garden Salons, zwei Libraries, fünf Breakout Rooms (Sitzungszimmer) die Gallery sowie die Gallery Lounges für Veranstaltungen mit bis zu 900 Personen. Der Bereich Events/Conference/Meeting stellt die hochprofessionelle, vorausschauende und koordinierte Dienstleistung am Gast â vor, während und nach seinem Aufenthalt â in den Mittelpunkt aller Tätigkeiten.  

Legen Sie die Basis für eine erfolgreiche Auslastung unserer Räumlichkeiten und Infrastrukturen. Dabei sind Sie zusammen mit dem Event Sales Team für das MICE-Business sowie für Social Events zuständig, die Sie von A-Z konzipieren und begleiten.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Entgegennahme, Koordination und Detailabsprache von diversen Anlässen wie Bankette, Konferenzen, Bälle und Seminare
  • Kontaktperson für die Gäste bei Anlässen vor Ort sowie sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Ablaufes
  • Durchführung von telefonischen und / oder persönlichen Verkaufsgesprächen sowie Detailabsprachen und Beratung
  • Offerten und Rechnungserstellung
  • Koordination mit dem Event Sales Team sowie den relevanten internen Schnittstellen (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa)
  • Diverse Administrative Aufgaben (Menus, Ausschilderungen ect.)

 

Ihre Profil
  • Umfassendes Wissen aus einer ähnlichen Position in der Luxushotellerie
  • Fundierte Ausbildung mit dem Abschluss einer Hotelfachschule oder einem Abschluss in Event Management
  • Organisatorisches Geschick für die parallele Bearbeitung verschiedener Projekte
  • Beherrschung der gängigen MS-Office Palette
  • Freude Veranstaltungen zu planen und Wünsche zu erfüllen
  • Sehr gute Auftrittskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
