Das erwartet dich:

Begleitung und Beratung unserer Linie.Unterstützung unserer Subgruppen bei der Erreichung der operativen und strategischen Ziele.Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit viel Gestaltungsfreiheit.Spannende, komplexe und herausfordernde Aufgaben über den ganzen Employee Lifecycle von Eintritt bis Austritt.Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten, beispielsweise beim Begleiten von Veränderungsprozessen.

Das suchen wir:

Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als HR-Fachfrau/-mann oder eine adäquate Aus- und Weiterbildung mit und verfügst über Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion.Du hast Lust, uns in einer von grossen Veränderungen geprägten Zeit mit Begeisterung und Tatendrang massgeblich zu unterstützen.Du übernimmst gern Verantwortung, und gleichzeitig schätzt du Teamwork.Du hast idealerweise bereits mit Workday gearbeitet.Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.
