PositionAs Sales Manager you will be responsible for the development, offering and negotiation for power plant projects on global basis.
Your tasks
·From pre-acquisition over acquisition and tendering to negotiation and handover to execution you will lead sales projects on an international basis
·Develop customized solutions with the support of our tender and engineering organization for large scale GT based power projects
·Represent the sales projects and Ansaldo Energia externally and drive the sales projects along internal processes.
Requirements·Master’s degree in engineering, or business administration along with several years of experience in offering and selling large complex products or solutions
·Profound experience in commercial and technical negotiations of large scale projects
·Knowledge of power plants technology, main products such as gas turbines and steam turbines as well as cost parameters of power projects
·Knowledge of drivers of the todays power industry and projects
·Reliable, creative, flexible and enthusiastic team player
·Ability to work well under pressure and in challenging situations
·Willingness to travel extensively
·Excellent command of English, German is an advantage, further knowledge of Italian would be an asset
