About the JobSales engineers play a crucial role in customer relationship management and closing sales. Sales Engineer shall conduct product demonstrations, deliver presentations and provide technical expertise during negotiations, emphasising the product’s benefits and competitive advantages. Sales engineers shall identify and qualify sales opportunities for Sefar by leveraging their technical knowledge to explain complex products in a clear and compelling manner. Your RoleAs a Sales Manager at Sefar Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and expanding our market presence. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
- New Business Development: Identifying and acquiring new clients through strategic outreach and networking.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the sales and customer service teams to create compelling offers and negotiate terms.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to senior management.
- Increase Sefar Sales and market share of filtration application
- Build up and maintain good relationships to our customers and partners, based on trust, fairness and mutual understanding. Understand the specific needs of the customers
- Providing solution to ensure a positive Customer experience, before and after sales
- Identifying & Establish New Client/Account Business opportunities
- Responsible for the sustainable growth of both Sales Revenue and Profit with company products in the respective Filtration Applications for New prospects and existing Customers.
- Develop and independently manage the process filtration sales plan and activity that covers: field sales action plan, sales targets, customer visits, Presentation, Proposals, Negotiations, Contract Term.
- Understand and Analyses Customers’ needs for Process Filtration segment, securing customers advantages and benefits and connected strategies to penetrate into the market and analyses how they relate to Sefar’s products
