The Position

Roche Diagnostics International betreibt in Rotkreuz einen Standort, an dem über 2600 Mitarbeiter tätig sind. Es wird geforscht, Diagnostikgeräte und Reagenzien für die Diagnose von Krankheiten entwickelt sowie hergestellt. Rotkreuz ist gleichzeitig der globale Bürohauptsitz der Diagnostiksparte, wo verschiedenste Nationen an anspruchsvollen Projekten zusammenarbeiten.

Ebenfalls ansässig am Standort in Rotkreuz ist Roche Diagnostics (Schweiz) AG: Die Schweizer Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Serviceorganisation der Division Diagnostics von Roche. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, Labors, Spitäler und Ärzte in der Schweiz und Liechtenstein zu betreuen und mit Diagnostiksystemen, Verbrauchsmaterial und Dienstleistungen zu versorgen. Als «Supply Chain Specialist» werden Sie für die Abteilung Supply Chain tätig sein.

Das Team «Supply Chain» ist Teil der Community „Finance & Commercial Operations“ und für die Sicherstellung der logistischen Prozesse sowie der Lagerbewirtschaftung (3PL) und Stammdatenmanagement zuständig. Sie sind in dieser Funktion verantwortlich für die Materialbedarfssteuerung von Handelswaren (Planung, Beschaffung, Überwachung) sowie Bestands- und Engpass-Management sowie Planung und Belieferung von Installationsprojekten. Die Betreuung von elektronischen Schnittstellen und Mitwirkung in fachbezogenen Projekten liegen ebenfalls in Ihrer Verantwortung. Unsere systemischen Abläufe konstant zu verbessern und ein hohes Level an Effizienz und Stammdatenqualität sicherzustellen, ermöglicht Ihnen, sich selbstständig und funktionsübergreifend wirksam einzubringen und täglich zum Geschäftserfolg beizutragen.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Supply Chain Planning: Verantwortlich für Sales & Operations Planning des Schweizer Marktes, zusätzlich für Diabetes Care-Produkte für die Märkte Schweden und Finnland in Abstimmung mit den lokalen Partnern inklusive Übermittlung der Forecast-Mengen        

  • -Sicherstellung der Warenverfügbarkeit, Bestandsüberwachung und regelmäßige Nachbestellung von Waren, aktives Backordermanagement und operatives Bestell- und Lieferantenmanagement

  • Optimierung der Bestände und Reduzierung von Abschreibungen bei gleichzeitiger Beibehaltung eines hohen Service-Levels / zeitgerechte Belieferung von Installationsprojekten

  • Verantwortlich für Steuerungsmaßnahmen und Koordination mit Vertriebspartnern (3PL Warehouse, Lieferanten, Zwischenhändler, externe und interne Dienstleister) 

  • Intercompany Prozessabwicklungen, Engpasskoordination

  • Verantwortlich für die Supply Chain von Belieferung Ersatzteile (SPARES) inkl. Abklärung Importe (Zoll-Abklärungen)

  • Stammdatenmanagement (Sicherstellung einer hohen Stammdatenqualtät)

  • Monitoring von Systemschnittstellen·

  • KPI- Überwachung, Erstellung diverse Reports aus dem Fachbereich

  • Dokumentenmanagement interne Prozesse und Arbeitsanweisungen

  • Verantwortung für die effiziente Abwicklung der Aufgaben im Fachbereich inklusive stetiger Prozessverbesserungen sowie Mitwirkung in Projekten aus dem Fachbereich (lokal, regional, global)

  • Reiseaufwand: 10 bis 20 %

  • Universität (oder gleichwertiger Abschluss) in Supply Chain oder einem verwandten Bereich

  • 5-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain (Logistik, Bedarfsplanung, Sales & Operations Planning, Operativer Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement) und Erfahrung in der länderübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit 

  • Erfahrung und Verständnis der Logistikprozesse, sowie deren Schnittstellen

  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Prognose mithilfe statistischer Algorithmen und fortschrittlicher Analysen, die ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit, Liebe zum Detail und Synthesekapazität bieten 

  • Erfahren in Leitung von Projekten

  • Sie besitzen die konzeptionelle Stärke und Fähigkeit, sich in komplexe Sachverhalte schnell und erfolgreich einzuarbeiten und handeln dabei unternehmerisch

  • Zu Ihren Stärken zählen Flexibilität, Kreativität, die Fähigkeit in einem dynamischen Markt zu agieren und Lösungen zu finden

  • Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit selbstständigem Arbeitsstil, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Eigeninitiative

  • Solide IT-Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Systemtypen wie: 

    • ERP (SAP/  MM, PU, SD) 

    • Planung/Prognose (SAP IBP ist ein Plus) 

    • Analysetools (Excel ist ein Muss, PowerBI oder andere Analysen sind ein Plus)

  • Fliessende Deutsch- und  Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
