Als Direct Report von unserem Head of Finance verantwortest du die finanzielle und steuerliche Compliance im In- und Ausland und unterstützt den Head of Finance im Bereich Treasury.
Weitere Aufgaben sind u.a.:
- Koordination, Steuerung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Finanz- und Steuervorschriften sowie Rechnungslegungsstandards sowohl am Hauptsitz in der Schweiz als auch in den lokalen Niederlassungen im Ausland
- Unterstützung und Stellvertretung im Bereich Treasury sowie in der Liquiditätsplanung
- Identifikation und Bewertung möglicher Risiken und Entwicklung von entsprechenden Strategien zur Minderung dieser Risiken in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und Konzerngesellschaften
- Weiterentwicklung der Finanzbuchhaltungsprozesse, sowohl zur Effizienz- und Effektivitätssteigerung als auch zur Umsetzung von Änderungen von Rechnungslegungsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorschriften
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR und IFRS
