You have a proven experience in a similar role of Assistant in an international environment.

You have good interpersonal and communication skills and a strong sense of service.

You are rigorous and organized.

You speak English fluently (spoken and written).

You are at ease with Excel and PowerPoint.

 

 

What are our expectations?

 

Within the International Human Resources Direction, you will report to the International Human Resources Director of the Maison. Acting as a key contact of the HR department, you will bring your support to the International HRD and ensure an efficient coordination within the international HR team.

 

In that context:

 

  • You will be in charge of organizing and managing the HRD’s agenda: meetings, appointments, travels…

 

  • You will guarantee a good administrative follow-up of the department’s budget.

 

  • You will organize different events, such as townhalls, seminars, team buildings….

 

  • You will contribute to the internal communication within the HR department by being a support in content writing (reports, presentations), by coordinating and animating the HR community.

 

  •  You will be involved in different HR projects at an international level.

 

  • You will bring additional administrative support to some of the HRD’s direct report, the Compensation & Benefits Director and the Talent Management Director, when needed.
