We offer you the opportunity to join a dynamic HR team within a company in full transformation as an Alternant.e Payroll data management over 1 or 2 years from September 2024 in Cholet (45 minutes from Nantes and Angers).

Your main missions: Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be required to:

Manage the payroll service data management process:

  • Work on interfaces with payroll and GTA and HRIS software
  • Control payroll and GTA data to guarantee the integrity and reliability of our data;
  • Optimize our use of Workday to improve our HR and payroll processes
  • Manage and monitor KPI'S to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Make benchmarks of AI practices used by different companies.
  • Participate in various projects related to the payroll and legal and social services
What we will appreciate about you:

  • You are preparing a BAC+4/+5 level Master's degree in Human Resources with an appetite for data management (business school, IAE, etc.);

  • You are dynamic, versatile and demonstrate adaptability and initiative;
  • In contact with the company's various departments, you have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team, while guaranteeing the confidentiality of information;
  • You have a good command of the Office Pack and HRIS-type tools;
  • Fluency in English is necessary given the international environment.
