Du bist Spezialist für einen Prozess, einen Arbeitsablauf oder ein Gebiet bei Mondelēz International Business Services und bist in der Unterstützung perfekter Serviceabläufe tätig.

Du wirst deine fundierten Kenntnisse über Prozesse und Service in deinem Fachgebiet einsetzen, um sicherzustellen, dass Dienstgütevereinbarungen und -verpflichtungen eingehalten werden. Du trägst Mitverantwortung für die Entwicklung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen treibst die Standardisierung und Vereinfachung von Prozessen voran. Darüber hinaus lieferst du Input für Schulungsmaterialien, stellst sicher, dass Standardarbeitsanweisungen und atenschutzmaßnahmen mit den Richtlinien von Mondelēz International und den gesetzlichen Regelungen übereinstimmen, analysierst und meldest Ausnahmen, gibst Empfehlungen für Prozessverbesserungen und leitest den Prozess der nachhaltigen kontinuierlichen Verbesserung für das Team an.

  • Kenntnisse in deinem spezifischen Prozessbereich oder in einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit im Payroll Bereich
  • Arbeit in einer Shared-Services-Organisation
  • ein guter Teamplayer zu sein und Einfluss auf andere nehmen zu können
  • Prozessgestaltung und -abbildung sowie Erfahrung in der Erfassung geschäftlicher Anforderungen
  • effektive Kommunikation, Anwendung sozialer Kompetenz und Eigeninitative
  • Systemerfahrung mit SAP und/oder ADP von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Workday von Vorteil

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit und Abwicklung des monatlichen Lohnlaufs für ca. 620 Mitarbeitende, inklusive Expats.
  • Verantwortung für die Schnittstellen zur Pensionskasse und zur Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Behörden und Versicherungen in Lohn- und Sozialversicherungsfragen
  • Kontrolle und Bearbeitung der Lohnfortzahlungen bei Absenzen
  • Durchführung der Jahresendprozesse (z.B. Erstellung der Lohnausweise und Abrechnungen mit den Sozial-/Personenversicherungen, inklusive Revision)
  • Bei Eignung und Interesse, Mitarbeite bei komplexen Steuerthemen der Expat Besteuerung, sowie bei Mitarbeiterbeteiligungen
  • Bei Eignung und Interesse, Einführung in die Österreichische Payroll möglich

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium, auch Studienabgänger oder Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Payroll Bereich von Vorteil
  • Auch Berufserfahrungen aus anderen Ländern sind sehr willkommen, insbesondere DACH Region.
  • Gute SAP/HCM Kenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen wird vorausgesetzt, insbesondere Excel
  • Du besitzt eine selbständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität zeichnst du aus
  • Du besitzt eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Organisationstalent
  • Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
