The Position

 Als Patient Journey Partner (PJP) im Bereich Ophthalmologie zeigen Sie persönlichen Einsatz, um die Patient Journey (von der Diagnose einer Krankheit, über deren Management und Behandlung bis zur Nachsorge) zu verbessern. Sie denken auf Unternehmensebene und über Grenzen hinweg, um optimale Ergebnisse sowohl lokal als auch global bei Roche zu erzielen. Ihre Verantwortung umfasst die Implementierung der Disease Area Strategie in regionalen Strukturen der Ostschweiz (ihr Ökosystem) und die Schaffung eines gemeinsamen Mehrwerts für Patienten, das Gesundheitssystem und Roche. Sie haben ein umfassendes Verständnis für den Weg der Patienten, die beteiligten Stakeholder und das Marktumfeld.

Ihre Herausforderung als Patient Journey Partner beinhaltet unter anderem:

  • Sie analysieren die Patient Journey, identifizieren Hürden und/oder Chancen und leiten entsprechende Handlungsoptionen ab, immer in Einklang mit der übergeordneten Disease Area Strategie.

  • Sie führen wissenschaftlichen Austausch und Informationsvermittlung/Beratung zu eingeführten Produkten in einer ausgewogenen und transparenten Weise durch, stets unter Beachtung der Compliance Guidelines.

  • Sie planen, organisieren und gestalten aktiv Roche-initiierte Fortbildungsveranstaltungen im On-Label-Bereich für Ärzte und betreuen Veranstaltungen.

  • Sie sind der/die primäre Ansprechpartner:in für Zielkunden entlang der Patient Journey.

  • Sie bringen internes Wissen, wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse und Fachkenntnisse von Roche in das Ökosystem ein. 

  • Sie arbeiten mit medizinischen Funktionen zusammen und tauschen interdisziplinär Informationen und Erkenntnisse aus, um medizinische Aktivitäten zu unterstützen.

  • Sie betreuen Roche-Produkte, Tests und Lösungen während ihres gesamten Lebenszyklus und Sie stellen eine ausgezeichnete Kundenerfahrung sicher.

Wer Sie sind

Für die Rolle als Patient Journey Partner bringen Sie ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit. Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Kund:innenkontakt in der pharmazeutischen Industrie oder in der Medizintechnik-Branche.

Sie sind erfahren im Aufbau tragfähiger Kundenbeziehungen über verschiedene Kanäle und offen für den Einsatz innovativer digitaler Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten. Sie können erfolgreich Netzwerke aufbauen und mit verschiedenen Stakeholdergruppen gemäss den rechtlichen Anforderungen in den Dialog treten. Sie arbeiten crossfunktional, fördern eine offene Feedbackkultur und treffen Entscheidungen basierend auf Mehrwert und Prioritäten in Abstimmung mit dem Team. Ihr systemisches und unternehmerisches Denken ermöglicht es Ihnen, Markttrends und externe Stakeholder sensibel wahrzunehmen. 

Weitere Punkte runden Ihr Profil ab:

  • Sie verfügen über medizinisch-fachliche Kompetenz in der Ophthalmologie und haben Kenntnisse des Marktes in Bezug auf eigene Produkte, Wettbewerber, Potenziale und Trends.

  • Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kundenbindung mit nachgewiesener Erfolgsbilanz beim Aufbau, der Pflege und dem Ausbau von Beziehungen und Partnerschaften mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen.

  • Sie sind ein/e Systemdenker:in und aufmerksame Zuhörer:in und haben ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit HCPs, Apothekern, TAEs und HCOs.

  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Formulierung interdisziplinärer Strategien und der Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams

  • Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch fliessend, Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
