As the leader of a cross-functional team including Account Operations, Sales Planning, Sales Experience, and Sales Enablement, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service, performance, and partner experiences across our EMEA Wholesale (WHS) account base. Your team will be the backbone of our WHS team, driving effectiveness, efficiency, and business excellence to achieve our regional qualitative and quantitative ambitions.

Reporting Line: You will report directly to the Senior Director of Sales EMEA.

Your mission

– Inspire and motivate your team with a compelling vision that fosters a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
– Influence and drive organizational change beyond your immediate team.
– Develop and implement sub-regional organizational structures, services, and processes aligned with account segmentation and WHS strategic priorities.
– Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure monthly Net Sales targets are met through a cohesive approach.
– Oversee the administration and logistics of retailer orders and deliveries, ensuring seamless execution.
– Drive process improvements, enhance efficiency, and implement system automation across the WHS business.
– Ensure proper administration, documentation, and financial reconciliation for our partner base.
– Manage the WHS Orderbook end-to-end, coordinating with cross-functional teams and accounts to achieve high conversion rates and accurate sales forecasting.
– Set and track performance against SKU targets to ensure productive account-level assortments while maintaining market segmentation.
– Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and Finance to develop financial targets by category that align with the long-term growth strategy for the region.
– Utilize Sales Plans to identify opportunities and risks during monthly Channel Reviews.
– Continuously improve, innovate, and transform how we present our brand to Partners and Fans, delivering an unparalleled experience.
– Empower the commercial team with the tools and processes necessary to achieve our growth ambitions in EMEA.

Key Relationships:
– Collaborate with EMEA and Global counterparts.
– Engage with Market Commercial teams, including Sub-regional Sales Heads, Market Leads, and Strategic & Key Accounts channels.
– Interface with Senior Management, DTC, Marketing, Merchandising, Controlling, Demand Planning, Account Services, and Operations departments.

Your story

Experience and Qualifications:

– Higher degree or education in Business or a related field.
– 7-10 years of experience Wholesale / Retail planning/allocation, Account Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management or Finance Analyst
– Experience in the Retail / FMCG industry is an advantage.
– At least 5 years of leadership experience in people, team, or operational management.
– Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, D365.
– Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Come and join a new and developing function at within the EMEA Sales team. The team’s focus is to support our sub-regions, including both own markets and distributors within EMEA to plan both financially and by product in line with business strategy.

We are a multi-faceted team working closely with other internal stakeholders ranging from Senior Management to DTC, Marketing, Merchandising, Controlling, Demand Planning, Account Services and Operations departments.
