Storage and administration of rates on WCN as well as on S-DriveCASS control and complaintsExamination of incoming invoices and booking (possible handling, tracking, material invoices)Processing and positioning of incoming monthly invoices Switzerland (GSA's which do not run via CASS, Cargologic, Dnata invoice of import fees, etc.)Responsible for the correct and complete filing of all documents in digital form as well as data storage in local systemsDistribution operational dashboard to branchesKeeping departure statisticsData Qualtiy and milestones daily follow upSkills & Competencies Functional know-how in Air FreightExperience in an international environmentTeam playerGood communicationCustomer focus (monitors customer expectations continuously and is willing to adapt own activities/procedures)Planning & Organizing (Ability to prioritize, plan, assign & control) Time management (monitoring performance against deadlines and milestones) Knowledge and trained on Good Distribution Practice Concepts and applicable SOPsEducational Commercial apprenticeshipRelevant working experience Language SkillsFluent in English and FrenchGerman is an assetWhat we can offer youA role in a successful, dynamic companyBe a part of a strong team of performance driven colleaguesCompetitive salaryGreat future career prospects for advancementA professional working environmentFlexible working time
