About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Onboarding Intern to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration of Enboarder with various systems to streamline our onboarding process
  • Creation of workflows to optimize employee onboarding and reduce administrative burdens
  • Providing support and guidance to stakeholders on Enboarder workflows and configurations
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the Enboarder project team
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Strong team player with a client-centric approach
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for problem-solving and connecting the dots between different tools
  • Proficiency in Javascript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in API integration a plus
  • Fluency in English, with French a desirable asset
  • Able to commit to a 6-month internship with a strong academic background
