**Vos tâches principales sont**:

- Contrôle, organisation et suivi de l'ensemble du transport par fret maritime (prise en charge jusqu'à la livraison de l'envoi) / Facturation.
- Communication active avec le client, les bureaux / agents DSV, les ventes, les sous-traitants et les transporteurs dans le cadre des activités quotidiennes.
- Acceptation des commandes des clients, examen de toutes les données et documents relatifs à l'expédition et à la commande, enregistrement des commandes (par exemple, certificat IMO/DGR, réglementations nationales).
- Contrôler les coûts et la rentabilité des travaux, traiter les factures des fournisseurs conformément aux instructions.
- Travailler et résoudre les problèmes opérationnels et les questions. Faire remonter si nécessaire conformément aux spécifications de la matrice.
- La responsabilité de la qualité, le suivi et le respect du processus spécifié et des procédures d'exploitation.

**Vos aptitudes et compétences**:

- Esprit d'équipe et bonne communication
- Orientation client (suivi permanent des attentes des clients et volonté d'adapter ses propres activités/procédures)
- Planification et organisation (capacité à établir des priorités, à planifier, à assigner et à contrôler les performances par rapport aux délais et aux étapes)
- Connaissance et formation sur les concepts de bonnes pratiques de distribution et les SOPs applicables.
- Apprentissage commercial
- Expérience professionnelle pertinente, de préférence dans le domaine du fret maritime
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, l'allemand est un atout.
