Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für den Kundenservice und die Umsatzentwicklung deiner Abteilung.
  • Du schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem sich die Kund*innen gut zurechtfinden und gerne einkaufen.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für Mitarbeiter*innenführung, -planung und -entwicklung.
  • Du bist für die Weiterentwicklung deines Team verantwortlich und gibst regelmässig Feedback.
