Assistant Relationship Manager. Job in Zürich German Careers

For our client, an international Private Bank with several offices in Switzerland, we are searching for a Wealth Management Generalist, an Assistant Relationship Manager for their Zurich Office.

In this role, you will be part of the Professional Clients (EAM) desk. You support a/several Relationship Manager(s) (RM) in the operational management of their client books.

You hold a key relationship position and contribute to the quality of the Bank's image. You are acting as a link between the operational departments of the Bank, the collaborators, and the clients.

Your Tasks

  • Ensure the link between the clients, RMs, Service Team and operational departments
  • Assist RMs in their mission by executing the day-to-day business and more occasional activities
  • Establish and maintain quality relationships with the clients (both external and internal)
  • Proceed with accounts openings/closings, enter orders and controls the correct execution
  • Control client identification, call-backs and cash management
  • Prepare the RM's business trips
  • Master the mechanisms of the bank and work within the established practices and procedures

Your Profile

  • Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or University degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar function (preferably also for an EAM desk within a bank)
  • Very good knowledge of regulations in force in the field of the Wealth Management
  • Personal skills: service-oriented and dedicated to the client needs, organized, very good team spirit, rigor, integrity, discretion
  • The mastery of the MS Office 365 suite
  • Fluent in English and German; French/Italian is an asset
