- Mit deiner Mitarbeit, die Therapiesuche in der Schweiz zu unterstützen und damit einen nachhaltigen Mehrwert für die ganzheitliche Gesundheit zu schaffen.
- Nach deiner abgeschlossenen Maturität oder Berufsmatura erste Arbeitserfahrung in einem jungen, dynamischen Team zu sammeln.
- Selbständig zu arbeiten, neue Themen anzureissen und Dinge umsetzen zu können.
- Deine ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch in Wort & Schrift) im Kontakt mit unseren Mitgliedern einsetzen zu können und in einen reibungslosen Customer Service zum Erfolg zu führen.
- Im Austausch mit unseren Kunden zu sein und den Customer Service in Abstimmung mit unserem Marketing- und Sales-Team zum Besten zu bringen.
- Customer Service: Aktive Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei technischen und administrativen Fragen sowie zu Fragen rund um unsere Produkte
- Kommunikation: Kundenservice und Hilfeleistung via E-Mail und Telefon
- Administration: Vielfältige administrative Tätigkeiten, Postversand und -empfang, Controlling von Buchungen, Mailversand, etc.
- Digitale Datenpflege: Neuanlage und Pflege von Kundendaten im CRM
- Vertragserstellung: Vertragserstellung und Ausarbeitung von Dokumenten zur Unterstüzung unseres Sales Teams
- Rechnungswesen: Unterstützung im Bereich Rechnungsversand bis zu buchhalterischen Themen
