We are pleased to offer an exceptional opportunity for an individual to join our Investment Management team as a key contributor. This role, which is available immediately, will have a significant and lasting impact on our business. 
 
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in generating investment accounting and reporting information for our internal clientele. You will be tasked with enhancing and automating our monthly deliverables as well as our ad-hoc reporting procedures. Furthermore, in collaboration with our local controller, you will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving our finance business procedures.

What you will do

 

  • Oversee end-to-end procedures for various asset classes within our alternative investment service 

  • Prepare both local and international accounting principles/statutory and quarterly IFRS financial statements 

  • Ensure the quality of the quarterly variance analysis that supports group IFRS reporting 

  • Develop analytic dashboards, inclusive of all comments for the local CRM (Customer Relationship Management) of your client 

  • Resolve operational issues from other business functions, ensuring efficient, high-quality service when providing procedural advice and/or information 

 

What you bring

 

  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting 

  • Familiarity with Alternative Investment products 

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field 

  • Comprehensive understanding of finance, accounting, and operations 

  • Proficiency in international IFRS as well as local globally accepted accounting principles and regulatory requirements 

  • Experience in alternative investments and affiliate, and associate products for accounting matters is preferred 

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, German proficiency is a wish too
