Funds Transfer Specialist

For our client, a well-known international bank in Zurich, we are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Funds Transfer Specialist (4-6 months).
Job description Review and drafting of fund documents received from clients (fund management companies)Comparison of different draft versions prior to submission to the Swiss Financial Supervisory Authority (FINMA)Clarification of open points with internal teams (ICM/Fund Accounting/TA)Reviewing and monitoring fund documents and ensuring its conformity with Swiss regulatory requirementsReview of fund contracts and their investment compliance rules which the depositary banks need to monitorPreparation/Review of fund matrices (inventory of fund investment compliance rules)Review of full implementation of investment compliance rules into new system (CRIMS) as compared to existing one (MIG21)Communication to clients in relation to fund matrices and fund documentsOther fund related tasks Profile Banking apprenticeship or similar3-5 years of relevant professional experience in SwitzerlandLegal or paralegal background desiredKnowledge of and experience with collective investment schemesService- and client-oriented way of workingGerman and English fluently in both speaking and writing-
