Poushe, a leading coffee shop/ strudel pastry chain in Switzerland, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Person/Barista to join our team. If you have a passion for coffee and premium pastries, excellent communication skills, and a knack for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for youResponsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items
  • Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
  • Upsell and promote additional products and services
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional mannerQualifications:
    • Prior experience in sales or customer service roles
    • Knowledge and passion for coffee and coffee-making techniques
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
    • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
