In the context of our rapid growth, we are currently looking for a Brand Activation Manager/ Trade Marketing Manager to support our commercial development in Switzerland and particularly in the German-speaking regions. This person will integrate an ambitious and engaged team, reporting to the Commercial Director Switzerland and to the Chief Marketing Officer.
YOUR MISSION
Develop the brand activation strategy for the Swiss market across all customer channels (Horeca, B2C, Offices), and with particular focus on Zurich and German speakingareas.Establish event partnerships and manage them operationally to increase brand visibility and awareness among target groups.Identify and develop possible 360° activations in line with BE WTR targets and deploy them while respecting budgetary objectives.Implement the media and PR strategy in coordination with local agencies, and optimise the brand's marketing mix on the Swiss market through various projects.Adapt communication tools to the Swiss market (press releases, press kits, advertisements...).In close collaboration with central marketing, drive performance of demand generation investments for the Swiss market to increase sales.Ensure regular monitoring of the competition and follow the local news related to the issues addressed by BE WTR.YOUR PROFILE
Higher education with a major in communications or marketing5+ years of professional experience in Marketing in a similar roleEnthusiastic about joining a fast-growing company, especially one with international operationsYou are creative and curious and you like working in a multi-project modeYou are recognised for your organisation skills, and you know how to be agile while being rigorousYou are familiar with the Office tools and Canva, knowledge of Salesforce is a plusLanguages: Fluent in German, good French and EnglishWE OFFER
