Head of IT Governance

As the Head of IT Governance, you are responsible to ensure that our IT systems, processes, policies, and resources are compliant, efficient, and effective. You also lead the partner management function, managing the relationship with strategic suppliers of services for CIO unit. You support CIO business unit in financial governance, both during planning and budgeting, as well as with a regular and scrupulous cost control of Opex and Capex spending. Finally, you lead the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across the organization.Tasks:
Supporting CIO business unit in defining and implementing the best vendor strategy; overseeing the performance and relationship of our external partnersInterfacing with other internal functions (such as Procurement or Finance Controlling) to ensure alignment on governance topicsEstablishing and maintaining IT governance structures, processes, and mechanisms to ensure alignment with the organization's vision, mission, values, and goalsDeveloping and monitoring IT performance indicators, metrics, and dashboards to measure and report on IT value delivery, risk management, and complianceConducting regular IT audits, assessments, and reviews to identify gaps, issues, and improvement opportunitiesSupporting the CIO business unit in managing IT risks and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, frameworks, and standardsLeading and mentoring the IT governance team and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellenceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalentSeveral years of professional experience in telco industryExperience in IT Governance: partnership relationship keeping, cost planning and control, audit and complianceProfessional experience in an international environment is an advantageIndependent and assertive personality, with hands-on mentalityAbility to work under pressure, self-motivated, willing to go the extra mile and great commitmentCommunicative, independent, and goal-orientedFluent in written and spoken English; German and other languages are an advantageAt Sunrise, you will work in a dynamic and international environment where every voice is heard, perspectives are shared and values are respected.
