Zur Verstärkung des MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) Projekt-Teams suchen wir dich für unseren Standort Schaffhausen.

Zu den Haupttätigkeiten gehören:

  • Unterstützung des MBR-Modellierungs- (Master Batch Record) und Verifizierungsprozesses für MES PAS-X über den gesamten Prozesslebenszyklus und für mehrere parallele Modellierungs- und Verifizierungsläufe
  • Unterstützung und Dokumentation in der Definition des Umfangs von SAP-Rezepten und Produktionsversionen, die für den MBR-Modellierungsprozess berücksichtigt werden müssen
  • Erstellung der technischen Dokumentation zur Unterstützung des MBR-Modellierungsprozesses
  • Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung der MES PAS-X Produktionssystembereitschaft
  • Sicherstellung der Aufsetzung eines Ãbergangs-Strategie-Dokuments in Abstimmung mit den Teammitgliedern
  • Initiierung von Arbeitsabläufen zur Sicherstellung von Stammdaten-Updates für MES PAS-X Go Live

    Qualifikationen

    Wen wir suchen:

    • Planungstalent mit einer ausgeprägten Einstellung zu Support und Service
    • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in der Verwendung von MS Office-Anwendungen (Microsoft Excel, etc.)
    • Selbstorganisierte und proaktive Handlungsweise
    • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    • Kenntnisse in der pharmazeutischen Industrie und/oder guten Dokumentationspraktiken
    • Erfahrung in einer projektunterstützenden Funktion ist von Vorteil
    • Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
    • Kenntnisse in der Durchführung von Validierungen oder Qualifizierungen sind von Vorteil
    • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von MES PAS-X oder einem anderen Produktionsmanagementsystem ist von Vorteil
    • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
