To support our Finance Department at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an

**INTERN FUNCTIONAL CONTROLLING**

**(M/F/X — 100%)**

Reporting to the Department Manager Functional Controlling, the Financial Controlling Intern supports the department in financial reporting tasks, the follow-up and development of various projects. You will work closely with the headquarters’ teams (Sales & D2C, Marketing, Consolidation & Country Controlling), as well as the local entity controllers.

**Duration**: 6 months

**Start**: October 2023

**YOUR MISSON AT IWC.**
- Monitor the detailed brand Capex investment by projects (for Headquarters & distribution entities) for actuals & all planning periods
- Sales Controlling support: Consolidate ICS (Internal Control) boutique reports and support/create the Boutique Action Plan (BAP) for Internal & External Boutiques’
- Consolidation & Marketing Controlling support: Perform different reports during the monthly closing period; participate in the central marketing budget planning
- Participate actively in Finance department projects with the development of new tools & procedures to improve the financial reporting (e.g., create new reports in Power BI)
- Perform additional duties as required

- Be currently involved in an academic program or recently graduated, with specialisation in Finance/Economics
- First experience in financial controlling, in the luxury industry a plus
- Strong analytical skills and advanced within MS Office programs, SAP SAC & Power BI
- Ability to work autonomously
- Team player and self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluent in English, German or French a plus
