For our Sales Management Department at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for an

**AREA SALES MANAGER**
**(M/F/X - 100%)**

Reporting to the Head of Sales Management, the Area Sales Manager is responsible to monitor and support the overall business performance within her/his geographical area. Working very closely with the local teams, she/he contributes to the elaboration of the business plans and strategies, and focuses on the achievement of the commercial targets, aligning all the key stake holders in the markets and at HQ.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Align commercial targets & distribution network development with each market across all channels (Online Retail, INT Retail, EXT Retail & Wholesale POS) for long term plans, the yearly budget process and on a monthly basis
- Coordinate the elaboration of the markets Business Plans on all commercial topics, including reviewing & challenging action plans to reach commercial targets
- Monitor the achievements of the commercial targets and propose, when necessary, corrective actions, considering brand and group KPIs
- Look for opportunities and monitor all the initiatives to sustainably develop the market potential in the mid and long term
- Follow-up on all Network development projects (INT & EXT boutique, SiS & STD POS) in collaboration with local market, architecture team & business controlling: co-lead validation process with focus on sales objectives, profitability expectations, monitor Capex priorities, spending & timing...
- Align with the Chief Commercial Officer on brand managers Performance Review objectives, conduct mid-year reviews and prepare the final assessment ratings
- Provide an efficient support to the markets, ensuring smooth coordination with End-to-End Supply Chain / DTC / CRM / Marketing / Finance Teams at the headquarters

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3-5 years professional experience with comparable-sized organisation, preferably in the fashion / luxurious goods industry
- Strong analytical and communication skills, numbers-driven and a proactive & flexible mindset
- Strong all-round management and organization skills with the ability to identify business opportunities
- Readiness to travel (10%)
- Fluent in English, German and/or French a plus
