**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Akquise neuer Kunden und Aufträge im HLK-Sektor
- Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften
- Erarbeitung von Verkaufsstrategien, um das Geschäftswachstum voranzutreiben
- Identifizierung von Bedürfnissen und Anforderungen der Kunden und Abstimmung mit dem internen Team
- Vorbereitung von Angeboten und Verträgen sowie Verhandlung von Vertragsbedingungen
- Beobachtung von Markt
- und Branchentrends, um das Unternehmen auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie dem Marketing
- und Technikteam, um sicherzustellen, dass Kundenanforderungen erfüllt werden

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich der HLK-Technik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Key Account Management/Aussendienst im HLK-Sektor
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der HLK-Technik und -Branchentrends
- Fähigkeit, starke Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Verhandlung und im Abschluss von Verträgen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
