**OVERVIEW**
The Account Manager at Ascent serves as the primary liaison between our organization and our clients, focusing on nurturing and maintaining client relationships. This role manages day-to-day client interactions and ensures their needs are met with exceptional service. This position does not involve sales or client acquisition responsibilities.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their benefit structures and business needs.
- **Proactive Service Delivery**: Monitor requests and ensure timely resolutions.
- **Communication and Coordination**: Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, gathering and providing necessary information.
- **Project Management**: Oversee deliverables related to client contracts.
- **Team Collaboration**: Participate in work groups and actively contribute to team goals and initiatives.
- **Process Improvement**: Evaluate and document client processes to enhance overall experience.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
- Strong skills in MS Office
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven success in client satisfaction and retention
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and prompt issue resolution
