To support our CRM team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for a

**GLOBAL CRM MANAGER**

**(M/F/X - 100%)**

The global CRM manager will assist the department manager in the execution of the CRM strategy of the brand as well as lead CRM projects worldwide.

**Duration**: Permanent

**Start**: July 2023

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Support CRM activities
- Support on a worldwide level on design and execution of CRM plans
- Actively participate to business reviews and strategy planning
- Provide regular support on upcoming customer activations online and offline
- Assist on the conception of new customer journeys

Own the systems
- Own the Clienteling tools of the brand across channels
- Carry-out regular trainings across markets to ensure adoption and change management
- Operationally support on systems change requests and ticketing
- Follow up on any group new CRM system releases

Follow-up on KPIs
- Monitor the CRM KPIs evolution both on a global level and per market, provide regular reporting

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in CRM and clienteling
- Extensive experience with CRM databases management, marketing activation tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Microsoft dynamics, etc.)
- University degree in business and/or marketing
- Very organized, detail-oriented, good social skills, and demonstrating of strong ownership
- Fluency in English is mandatory. French or German is a plus
- Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
