Office Assistant - Administrator Junior vacancy for our Zurich based client in the IT sector.

Your tasks:

Assisting in creating Purchase Requisitions and administering Purchase OrdersFollowing up regularly with Law firms for timely submission of invoices and future estimatesReviewing invoices to verify compliance with company guidelines and financial standardsCollaborating with the controlling team to ensure accurate reflection of invoices in our systemsLeading continuous improvement of procure to pay processes within Legal & Integrity, recommending enhancementsAssisting in implementing new technologies to streamline procure to pay processes


Your experience/knowledge:

1+ year of experience in administrative rolesProficiency in Excel for organizing procure to pay processesWillingness to learn tools like SAP Ariba, Readsoft, and SAP ERPRecent graduate from vocational schools, current student or relevant administrative backgroundLanguage skills: English - fluent in written and spoken



Your soft skills:

Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach and understanding of systemic consequencesStrong communication skills with a proven ability to clearly and effectively present and report activities
