Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie unterstützen den CEO im TagesgeschäftAls Drehscheibenfunktion sind Sie Kontaktperson für sämtliche internen und externen SchnittstellenSie pflegen und führen die administrativen und organisatorischen Belange umsichtig und zuverlässigEbenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Erstellung von Protokollen, Präsentationen und Auswertungen / Reports

Ihr Profil:

Adäquate Weiterbildungen und Berufserfahrung wird vorausgesetztFundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office Programmen (Excel und PowerPoint)Sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch, weiter Sprachen von VorteilGestandene Persönlichkeit, welche eine intensives Wettbewerbsumfeld professionell händeltLiebe zum Detail, vernetzes Denken, Sozialkompetenz und organisatorische Fähigkeiten runden Ihr Profil ab
