Per un nostro stimato cliente, realtà consolidata in ambito Fintech siamo alla ricerca di un Business Analyst - Management Consulting esperto e motivato per unirsi al nostro vivace team internazionale e lavorare su progetti per i principali marchi europei.

Responsabilità:

  • Raccolta dei Requisiti:
  • Collaborare con gli stakeholder per comprendere obiettivi aziendali, processi e sfide.
  • Raccogliere, documentare e dare priorità ai requisiti per nuovi progetti o miglioramenti dei processi.
  • Progettazione della Soluzione:
  • Lavorare a stretto contatto con i nostri fornitori esterni per progettare soluzioni che siano in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.
  • Creare specifiche funzionali e user stories.
  • Gestione del Progetto:
  • Responsabile della pianificazione del progetto, definizione dell'ambito e allocazione delle risorse.
  • Coordinare risorse interne e fornitori concentrandosi sulla consegna del progetto nei tempi e nel budget previsti.
  • Monitorare il progresso del progetto e garantire una consegna puntuale.
  • Comunicazione con gli Stakeholder:
  • Agire come collegamento tra le unità aziendali, l'IT e altri team rilevanti.
  • Tradurre concetti tecnici in termini comprensibili per gli stakeholder non tecnici.
  • Testing e Assicurazione della Qualità:
  • Verificare la conformità delle soluzioni implementate con i requisiti aziendali.
  • Supportare l'user acceptance testing (UAT) e affrontare eventuali problemi.
  • Gestione del Cambiamento:Assistere nelle iniziative di cambiamento preparando materiali formativi e facilitando l'adozione da parte degli utenti.


    qualifications

    Requisiti

    • Laurea in amministrazione aziendale, informatica o un campo correlato.
    • 5-10 anni di esperienza nel settore finanziario o in società di consulenza.
    • Fluente in italiano e inglese. La conoscenza di altre lingue nazionali è considerata un plus.
    • Forti capacità analitiche per interpretare i dati e trarre conclusioni significative.
    • Capacità di identificare problemi, proporre soluzioni e guidare il miglioramento continuo.
    • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta per trasmettere informazioni complesse in modo chiaro.
    • Comprensione dell'industria o del dominio in cui opera l'azienda.
    • Buona conoscenza di MS Office e conoscenza avanzata di Excel.
