Solution Architect

Un nostro importante partner, azienda **fintech svizzera** operativa sul mercato europeo, sta ricercando un **Solution Architect**, che operi all’interno degli uffici della società con sede a **Lugano**.
**Responsabilità**:
- Sviluppare soluzioni architetturali complesse ed efficienti utilizzando Java,.NET, Python o altre tecnologie che assicurino un allineamento con le best practices aziendali e gli obiettivi organizzativi;
- Implementare un’architettura in microservizi, definendo soluzioni modulari, scalabili e sostenibili;
- Progettare e sostenere modelli architetturali event-driven, consentendo il flusso di dati in tempo reale e la reattività dei sistemi;
- Collaborare a stretto contatto con i team di sviluppo, sfruttando le skill di sviluppo per fornire approfondimenti tecnici e assicurare la flessibilità e l’efficacia dei progetti architettonici;
- Utilizzare tool di modellazione quali Hoperx, Alfabet, Ardoq o Mega Hopex per costruire modelli di architettura applicativa, fornendo chiare rappresentazioni visive di sistemi complessi per agevolarne la comprensione da parte degli stakeholders.
**Esperienza, skills e formazione**:
- Esperienza nella definizione di soluzioni architetturali (Java /.Net / Python);
- Esperienza nell’architettura di microservizi;
- Esperienza in architettura event-driver;
- Esperienza di sviluppo;
- Doti comunicative con tutti i livelli tecnici (sviluppatori, DBA, sicurezza, audit, team tecnico) e non (business);
- Capacità di disegno architetturale in accordo con le richieste funzionali e non funzionali;
- Capacità di interagire con business analyst e PM;
- Capacità di utilizzare tools di modellazione quali Mega Hopex (preferenziale), Hopex, Alfabet, Ardoq, ecc
- Esperienza su progetti agile;
- Competenze di enterprise architect e su TOGAF
- Competenze sulla Data architecture;
- IT background.

- Contratto svizzero a tempo indeterminato
- Salario annuo lordo da 60.000 fino a 90.000 CHF (in base al livello di inserimento in azienda)

Stipendio: CHF60'000.00 - CHF90'000.00 all'anno
