Collaborateur Customer Support (F/H) à 100%

• Tu t'identifies à notre entreprise et faire partie de notre BLU-team ;

• Tu prends la responsabilité de gérer de manière proactive, enthousiaste et avec tact les mandats débiteurs et postes ouverts de notre clientèle ;

• Après une formation complète, tu assures toutes les étapes de l'encaissement des factures et des créances de nos clients, en favorisant le dialogue et les solutions à l'amiable ;

• Tu fournis des informations et explications par téléphone, afin d'offrir aux clients et aux débiteurs les meilleures solutions possibles ;

• Tu assures le traitement des correspondances écrites (courriels, courriers postaux) de manière autonome ;

•Tu offres un support professionnel et compétent auprès de nos clients ;

• Tu accompagnes l'équipe dans les tâches administratives et logistiques quotidiennes, afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement des flux opérationnels.

• CFC de commerce ou son équivalent ;

• Expérience réussie dans un service client ou dans un call center;

• Utilisation de tes compétences en communication et en organisation et tu apprécies le contact client ;

• Langues : français et allemand, obligatoires. Les autres langues restent un atout.

• Solides connaissances des outils informatiques ;

• Prêt à acquérir de nouvelles connaissances et hâte de partager les tiennes.
