Votre mission:

En tant que Manager, votre mission sera:

  • Accompagner nos clients dans des mandats de conseil en stratégie et en gouvernance d’entreprise ainsi que dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de solutions innovantes dans le digital.
  • Participer au développement de nouvelles opportunités et au support de la vente.
  • Être le garant de la qualité auprès de nos clients afin d'adresser au mieux leurs besoins, les accompagner et garantir leur satisfaction.
  • Encadrer et faire monter en compétences vos équipes transverses sur chacune de vos missions.

Vos qualifications:

  • Une expérience d'environ 7 ans dans le domaine du conseil en stratégie, en gouvernance d’entreprise au sein d'un cabinet de conseil réputé.
  • Capacité à comprendre et à répondre aux besoins des clients, à structurer des problématiques complexes et à définir des solutions pertinentes.
  • Expérience avérée dans la conduite de projets et une excellente aptitude à communiquer efficacement à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.
  • un Master de l’une des grandes universités européennes (EPFL, ETH, HEC,...), ou de formation universitaire de haut niveau.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l'écrit comme à l’oral (niveau C1). L’allemand est un atout.
