Deine Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Entwicklung von zwei Produktmanagern sowie Verantwortung für deren Zielerreichung und Weiterentwicklung.
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung des Trade- und Shopper-Marketings für die zugeteilten Marken in Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen und Brand Ownern. 
  • Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen Brand Ownern und internen Ansprechpartnern aus Verkauf, New Business, Finanzen, Logistik sowie Warendisposition.
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung der jährlichen Businesspläne und Zusammenarbeit mit den Brand Ownern.
  • P&L Verantwortung für das zugeteilte Brand-Portfolio.
  • Durchführung laufender Marktanalysen zur frühzeitigen Identifikation von Chancen und Risiken im Schweizer Detailhandel.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Distributionsstrategien und Sortimentsgestaltung.

Deine Kompetenzen: 

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Brand Management oder Key Account Management, idealerweise im Konsumbereich (FMCG), vorzugsweise im Bereich Food & Beverages
  • Du bist unternehmerisch denkend, kommunikativ, innovativ und kundenorientiert
  • Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denken ist eine deiner Stärken; du bist strukturiert und ein Teamplayer
  • Stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch sowie Englisch (Wort & Schrift), Französisch von Vorteil 
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen innerhalb der Schweiz und im nahen Ausland
