....a highly motivated Assistant  for our Finance department.

  • General administrative support for the Finance Department, which includes several teams, e.g. Accounting, IT, etc.
  • First point of contact for the Finance Department
  • Organizing meetings and travel arrangements
  • Preparation and processing of invoices, expenses, payment forms as well as purchasing orders and the quarterly financial accruals
  • Manage contracts in the contract management system as well as preparation and processing contracts, work orders and term sheets
  • Business administration for learning management system and responsible for entering classroom trainings, SOPs, exams and organization of introduction trainings
  • Supporting with financial budget process
  • Manage team spaces on SharePoint for Finance Department
  • Commercial diploma (e.g. commercial apprenticeship or commercial college) or an equivalent education
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as administrative assistant
  • Proficient in organizing, prioritizing and anticipating tasks
  • Strong attention to detail, precise and accurate working style
  • Experience with contract management and affinity for IT Tools
  • Proficiency in M365, especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Ability and motivation to work in a multi-cultural, dynamic and international setting
  • Fluency in English and German essential, any other language would be an asset
