We are looking for
:

....a highly motivated Procurement Manager Supply Chain & Technical Operation for our Finance department.

Your tasks:

  • Manage sourcing activities with a focus on the category Supply Chain ranging from development to commercial pharmaceutical products
  • Responsible for Strategic Procurement and Vendor Relationship Management
  • Analyze and optimize supplier portfolio, including conduct and management of vendor selection
  • Manage overall contracting process (source to contract) in alignment with Technical Operations and other functions such as legal, business function and further appropriate functions (e.g. QA/IT) as required, including contract administration and maintenance
  • Manage Rfx process, templates and strategy
  • Spend category management
  • Drives customs duties for supply chain products
  • Identify price trends, analyze and mitigate price risks

Your profile:

  • University or equivalent degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Applied Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role in an international environment, the pharmaceutical industry or CMO business in managing sourcing activities for clinical and commercial supply
  • Demonstrates business/financial acumen and thorough understanding of CMO cost models and budgets as well as services and costs associated with functional suppliers
  • Strong strategic and negotiation skills and also legal understanding for contract negotiations
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, spoken and written, any other language is considered beneficial
  • Wellorganized, excellent analytical skills as well strong negotiation skills
  • Proactive mindset to positively resolve or find solutions to issues and challenges as well proven ability to build trustful and effective relationships in a matrix environment
  • Experience with Contract Management & Vendor Management Solutions and with ERP systems, especially SAP
  • Comprehensive understanding of global pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (including ICH, GMP, GDP, GCP)
