Office Manager

Calendar Management: Oversee and manage the executives' calendars, prioritizing obligations and appointments to ensure optimal time management.
Expense and Budget Management: Handle expense reports with accuracy and oversee the office budget, ensuring all expenditures are within the allocated funds.
Facilities and Renovation Projects: Coordinate office renovation projects and manage facilities, ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained working environment.
Internal Communication: Act as a central point of contact for internal communications, ensuring information is disseminated effectively throughout the organization.
Reception Cover: Provide occasional cover for the reception, ensuring all visitors receive a warm welcome and are efficiently directed.
Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to, document preparation, meeting coordination, and supply management.
The Successful Applicant
Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal and Fluency in French.
Proven experience in an Office Manager role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
