Junior Operations Project Manager – Richemont Europe From August/September 2024 for 12 months

This position is also eligible for end of studies internship with a minimum 6 months duration

Then, you must be the right talent to join our regional team as Junior Operations Project Manager – Richemont Europe.

 

You will be successful in the role by:

 

  • Coordinating and managing projects or initiatives within the Europe projects team focusing on Customer Service and Logistics areas while collaborating with other functions like Finance, Digital, Compliance…
  • Deploying customer service and logistics initiatives in full compliance with the operating guidelines
  • Running lean management principles in Customer Service platforms in Europe
  • Build and improve data reporting and dashboarding for operations performance using BI tools like Power BI or process mining such as Celonis
  • Facilitating trainings on processes and knowledge transfer
  • Supporting group initiatives and department projects 
  • Contributing to continuous improvement in terms of processes and systems

Your invaluable skills we are looking for

 

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business or engineering
  • Proven experience in Office suite (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
  • You are structured, autonomous, hands-on and able to manage priorities
  • You maintain a constructive and positive attitude even under pressure
