Manager Payroll (H/F/D) | 80%-100% 

pour notre siège HQ Suisse à Lausanne

Votre mission

Vous aurez la responsabilité de la direction des services paievis-à-vis nos associes et nos clients pour le Groupe Adecco Suisse.

Vous assurez le respect de la conformité légale, l'audit (interne et externe) et des accords internes sur le niveau de service. Vous gérez également les relations directes avec les clients internes.

Vous accompagnerez une équipe (5 personnes), et vous serez garant des missions qui vous sont confiés :

Vos activités
  • Assurer le paiement des collaborateurs, correctement et à temps.
  • Gestion des impôts à la source pour notre personnel travaillant chez nos clients et soumis à cet impôt
  • Collaboration étroite avec les équipes qui gèrent les assurances sociales pour nos collaborateurs et assurent la facturation de nos clients.
  • Assurer le respect de la conformité légale, l'audit (interne et externe) et des accords internes sur le niveau de service.
  • Assurer la coordination avec les parties prenantes externes et veiller à la conformité correspondante.
  • Préparer les régularisations de fin de mois liées aux transactions de paie.
  • Gérer des projets de transformation et d’optimisation des processus.
  • Favoriser une culture d’excellence du service avec une attention aux détails et une proactivité.
  • Fournir des analyses et des rapports aux équipes de direction du pays, de la région et du groupe.
  • Gérer les contrats avec les autorités externes, par exemple les offices cantonaux des impôts.
Votre parcours
  • De formation en Finance ou Ressources Humaines, vous disposez d’une expérience en management d’équipe (min. 3 ans)
  • Idéalement, vous disposez d’une expérience de paie et/ou en Ressources Humaines en Suisses.
  • Vous parlez couramment français et anglais. Des connaissances en allemand constituent un atout.
  • Vous maitrisez parfaitement les outils MS Office, en particulier MS Excel.
  • Compétences fortes en IT et de l’expérience dans la gestion des projets pour mener la transformation technique nécessaire de nos services.
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats, et orienté(e) service clients.
  • Bon communicant, vous avez un esprit analytique, et vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre leadership.
