The Oberalp Group is a management-driven family business - a house of brands that creates high-quality technical mountaineering products, with headquarters in the Dolomites.
For its brand-new Swiss offices and factory in Chavornay, hosting its sales subsidiary and the international headquarters and factory of the brand POMOCA (the leader in ski touring climb skins) we are looking to immediately incorporate into its team an Admin & Finance Manager (100% or 80%).

Reporting directly to the POMOCA General Manager and the group CFO, your main responsibilities will be to manage the finance, payroll, and administration of 2 companies (POMOCA SA - manufacturing of skins - and Salewa Sport SA - distribution of sporting goods). You will be supported by a small local team and the central services of the Group.

Autonomous and rigorous in nature, you know how to take initiative and work by objectives. You are a very organized and efficient person and embrace with energy challenges and change. You like working in a small, dynamic, and high-performance team and at the same time feel comfortable in matrix organizations.

You have proven experience in SME finances in Switzerland, you speak French and English, German is a valuable plus. Practicing outdoor sports is an asset.

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Support the POMOCA General Manager with precise financial reporting to drive the company.
  • Participate in the financial strategy of the Group in Switzerland.
  • Management of general accounting for 2 companies under 2 different ERPs: Winbiz and Business Central.
  • Establish precise accounting processes to achieve high levels of optimization and delegate them strategically to the best support team (local or remote).
  • Overview debtor management and personally manage cases which need personal contact.
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports in connection with the Oberalp group.
  • Annual closing and communication with the auditor
  • HR Administration employees):
    • Payroll management including time & attendance, contract management, social insurance, hiring, and layoffs.
  • IT:
    • Be a key player in the ERP migration of POMOCA (from WinBIZ to BusinessCentral23), go live planned on March 25.
