Operations Performance Management is right at the heart of SWISS’ operations, contributing every day to insights-based decision making and continuous performance improvements of our airline operations. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain experience not only in data analysis, but also in airline operations.

As a Data Analyst Intern you take a front-seat role in advising SWISS’ operations management. You will support running data projects, ad-hoc analyses and have the chance to get a glimpse of how we use and enhance the operational data landscape of a global airline.
- Provide valuable data-driven insights supporting decision-making within SWISS’ Operations & Steering team.
- Create data visualizations, reporting and interactive dashboards.
- Create insightful analyses to help quantify key drivers to optimize SWISS’ operational performance.
- Contribute to our operational data landscape & support automation.
- Foster data democratization and self-service capabilities across the company.
- Collaborate and effectively communicate data insights across various stakeholders from SWISS’ Operations departments.
